Hypnosis Demystified
What is Hypnosis?
Often when people think of hypnosis, it conjures up ideas of mysticism, swinging watches, tarot reading, mind control and images from old movies. But in actuality, hypnosis is a natural state. To become hypnotized is nothing new to our body, or mind. At least two times everyday we naturally experience hypnosis on our own accord— every night just before we fall asleep and in the morning when we first wake up.
Hypnosis — Everybody is doing it.
Without even realizing, we naturally go in and out of hypnosis all the time. For the Hypnotherapist, hypnosis is simply a tool or vehicle that allows us to get past the critical factor of the conscious mind, so we can reach the subconscious mind. What does that mean? It means that our conscious mind is so busy doing its job analyzing and making sense of everything around us, that our thinking prevents us from accessing pertinent information in the subconscious mind. Induced hypnosis alters the brain wave frequencies and allows us to bypass this chatter of the conscious mind. With the help of a good Hypnotherapist, an individual can make great strides and resolve issues that are submerged in the subconscious mind. Choosing a Hypnotherapist

If We Want To Make Changes, We Have To Change Paradigms.
What is a Paradigm?
Paradigms are models or patterns of perception and thinking of things. Our beliefs, thought patterns and perceptions develop our internal operating system for how we feel and respond to life. If some of those paradigms are not serving us well and we want to change them, we have to go to the source to make a shift.
In order to move past our restrictions and limitations into growth, we have to access information at the source. Hypnosis gives way to the subconscious mind.
All of our beliefs are in the subconscious mind. Here we can harness and transform energy of our Pure Potential. But if we want to do that, we have to discover what is holding us back from our goals. Whether that goal is to overcome fear, anxiety, sadness, etc. or to reach a new level of personal success, we have to go to the source of the block. The sources of all impediments are negative forcing functions in the subconscious mind. These negative forcing functions are creating negative programs in the subconscious mind and blocking the life force energy to the cell communities of the body. How and Why Hypnotherapy Works
